Marci Falco

Marci Falco is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. From 2016 – 2020 she attended Loyola University Maryland where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in theology. Marci started her legal education at Widener University’s Delaware Law school where she completed her first year with honors. She then transferred to the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, graduating in 2024. While at George Mason, she was the Senior Notes Editor of the National Security Law Journal and actively participated in the school’s externship program working for a local personal injury firm in Arlington, Virginia.

After law school, Marci clerked for judges Kevin Black and Daryl Funk in the Shenandoah and Warren County Circuit Courts, respectively. Outside work, Marci enjoys traveling, spending family time at the lake, and taking the family dog Percy on long walks.
