Lindsay J. LeHew

Lindsay J. LeHew is a native Virginian, born and raised in Front Royal. She attended Virginia Tech, where she received her bachelor’s degree in political science, with an emphasis in legal studies. Lindsay then went on to attend law school at Charleston School of Law in South Carolina, where she graduated cum laude with presidential honors. While in law school, she was an active member and Managing Editor of Charleston Law Review, as well as earned the opportunity to study abroad and visit the International Courts in the Hague, Netherlands.

Lindsay previously worked as a prosecutor, where she spent most of her time in the courtroom handling serious misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. Now, at Ashwell & Ashwell, she uses her abundance of litigation experience to focus on Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation and Domestic Relations.  When she is not in the courtroom Lindsay enjoys foxhunting, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
